Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and deadlines.
Oversee the execution of
villas and residential building construction works

Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor performance and productivity.
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress and issues.
Requirements:
Minimum
5-10 years of experience
as a General Foreman in
villa or residential building projects
.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
UAE experience preferred.
