Job Description

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Works Supervisor to oversee the electrical works of our high-profile mixed-use development in Deira, Dubai, comprising a hotel, villas, and residential buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities related to electrical systems, ensuring that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements and local authority standards. Key Responsibilities o Supervise all electrical site works (power, lighting, ELV, BMS, earthing, lightning protection, etc.). o Ensure installation is done according to approved drawings, standards, and authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, etc.). o Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of electrical works with other disciplines. o Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. o Attend technical and coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders. o Prepare work schedules, daily reports, and material requests. o Enforce compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures on-site.



Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. o Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE/GCC. o Strong experience in high-rise, residential, and hospitality projects. o Familiarity with local codes and regulations (DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality). o Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. o Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage. o Immediate joiners will be given priority.
