Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Civil Foreman (experience in villas and residential buildings projects)
to oversee and coordinate on-site structural construction activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil and structural works, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site civil and structural construction work Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely project completion Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements Monitor work progress and report daily updates to management Assist in resource planning and allocation on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Structural Foreman or in a similar role Strong knowledge of structural construction methods, materials, and quality standards Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
