We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and manage foremen and workforce.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
Monitor work progress and productivity to meet project schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and site procedures.
Report site progress and issues to project management.
Qualifications:
Diploma or technical certification in construction or a related field.
Proven experience as a General Foreman in contracting or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
