Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site workforce and subcontractors.
Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor progress and report daily to the Project Engineer/Construction Manager.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to workers.
Maintain site records including attendance, progress, and material usage.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 7
years' experience
in construction, years as a General Foreman.
Strong background in
building and infrastructure projects
.
Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction safety practices.
Ability to manage large teams and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
