to join our Aluminium & Glass Workshop. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, handle company financial records, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to materials, fabrication, and project work.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
Handle petty cash, supplier payments, and customer invoices.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledgers.
Assist in preparing project costing, profit analysis.
Manage payroll and staff expense reports.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and filing requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
1-2 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of
QuickBooks
Good understanding of UAE VAT system.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
