Job Description

We a reputable company is Sharjah (Industrial area 11) is looking for Female Accounts executive with good accounting knowledge and work experience in Tally.

Candidate should have 2-3 years of UAE experience & Husband Visa must

Proficient in MS Excel & Tally..If excel & Tally not good please do not apply. P/L statement, balance sheet reconciliation, expenses monitoring, credit control, Vat filling, Corporate tax book keeping etc is must.

good with writing emails, english speaking & admin job.

Invoice creation, keeping all minor details in mind.

Looking for Young Female with warehouse & accounts experience, who can handle all departments very well !! Receiving goods, updating stocks physical stocks with the system, reordering of sold items on time to time basis, follow up with suppliers to deliver items, basic admin details must. Good accounting knowledge is a must, ready to start work immediately, no time to train on accounts and other basic things. IF well versed with online platforms will be an additional advantage.

Duties

Manage Accounts payable & Accounts receivable

VAT calculation, Corporate tax calculation and submission as per the regulatory requirements.

Making the SOA and sending to customers periodically, INVOICE CREATION, letter writing and emails, baisc admin job.

Prepare payroll and Ad-hoc reports required by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
