Key Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger and daily financial transactions
Handle accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
Process employee payroll and expenses
Ensure compliance with
UAE VAT regulations
and coordinate with auditors
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Provide regular financial reports and performance analysis to management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience
in accounting (HVAC, construction, MEP or supermarket sector preferred)
Excellent knowledge of
Accounting: 5 years (Required)
UAE VAT: 2 years (Required)
excel: 2 years (Required)
Auditing firm: 2 years (Preferred)
HVAC or Construction / Contracting: 2 years (Preferred)
* supermarket: 2 years (Preferred)
