We are a UAE based Building Materials Trading, Manufacturing & Contracting Company having branches in different states of UAE, Currently we are looking for a General Accountant (M) with a minimum of 1-2 year of UAE Experience. Job Responsibilities of the said position are as under.
- Posting General Entries on daily basis.
- Handling Petty Cash and deposit of Cheques on due dates.
- Handling/Posting Sales & Purchase properly.
- Inventory Management.
- Issuing of Accurate Statement of Accounts and follow up for the collections.
- Proper book keeping of all the records.
- Coordinating with Sales Team, Site Team (Engineer) & Office staff for the smooth Business operation s and Team Work
- Proper reporting to the CFO/CEO as and when required.
Interested Candidates must have following:
- At least bachelors degree in Accounts & Finance.
- 1-2 Years of UAE experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Accounting software Tally Prime.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Use of email & internet
