Job Vacancy: Accountant (with Dubai Experience)

About Us

Noble Land Real Estate LLC is a growing real estate brokerage and development company in Dubai. We manage property sales, leasing, off-plan projects, and company accounts across multiple business entities. We are looking for an experienced Accountant who understands Dubai financial regulations and can support our daily operations professionally.

Responsibilities

Manage and update daily financial records for the company. Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash-flow reports. Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, receipts, and payment follow-ups. Monitor escrow accounts, commissions, property transactions, and RERA/DLD-related payments. Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations. Reconcile bank statements and coordinate with the bank for company requirements. Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and expense tracking. Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance. Prepare payroll, agent commissions, and reimbursements.
Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years accounting experience in Dubai (real estate experience is a strong advantage). Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, invoicing rules, and financial compliance. Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks / Tally / Zoho Books preferred). Excellent English communication; Turkish or Arabic is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
