Key Responsibilities
Responsible for managing company's accounts payable functions. Including - processing invoices, arranging timely vendor payments, and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with other departments to streamline the accounts payable process.
Prepare Accounts Receivable Reports for Individual sales person
Prepare Daily Bank Report
Accounts Receivable Follow-up
Prepare Weekly Collection Report
Bank Reconciliation
VAT Filing
Payroll Processing
Assisting in Auditing
Monthly GP closing
Monthly PNL closing
We are looking for
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, accounting, or similar field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in an accounts payable or related financial role in Shipping / logistics industry is highly preferred.
