We are looking for a experienced General Accountant, Graduate / or Undergrad in any Educational discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in the same field in Dubai / GCC.
Job Requirements:
1. To manage employee's Attendance, Salary, Commissions, allowance and compensation calculations every month. And Process WPS Salary payments every month according to the rules and Regulations of MOHRE
2. To look after Employee's visa Renewals, Medical Insurances, Jobless Insurance and all related responsibilities.
3. It is also compulsory to make Monthly records for all the cars buying and selling details and prepare VAT filing sheet, Issue Tax invoices, Cross check of details with the tax consultant firm and process VAT payment and Corporate Tax Filings
4. Need to make book keeping of all the office expenses, for example car repairing payment, customs clearance duty and VAT payments, logistics payment, office utility payments, office and warehouse rental payments and keep record of Car stocks, issue Sales Receipts and Invoices of every car sold and Payment Information (CASH/CHEQUE/OR ANY OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT) .
5. All the work Deployed by the Manager and the Top Management of the Company
Salary Range: 3500-4000AED monthly
Timings : 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Break Time 1-2pm
