- Knowledge in full cycle of accounting. - Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing. - Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables. - Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets. - Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks. - Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance. - Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws. - Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons. - Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results. - Provide cross-functional admin support when required.
