Job Description

We are a fast-growing holiday homes company in Dubai, specializing in providing premium short-term rentals with exceptional guest experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Accountant

to join our team and manage the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliations. Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders. Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability for holiday homes operations. Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience (hospitality, real estate, or holiday homes industry preferred). Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE accounting practices, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar). Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
