to support our finance and HR teams in managing accounts for our diversified business portfolio, including real estate, restaurants, and travel services. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of accounting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Process accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and payroll entries.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions for discrepancies.
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for management.
Track expenses and revenue across real estate, restaurant, and travel divisions.
Assist in tax filing, GST/VAT compliance, and audit preparations.
HR & Administrative Support:
Assist HR with payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and attendance records.
Maintain employee financial data (loans, advances, benefits).
Support onboarding/offboarding financial formalities.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for documentation.
Additional Duties:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
Handle petty cash management and travel expense reports.
Requirements:
Male candidate
only
1-2 years of accounting experience
(real estate/hospitality/travel preferred).
Languages:
Urdu, Arabic, Malayalam
,
Hindi, (must) + English (mandatory).
Proficient in
Tally, QuickBooks, MS Excel
.
Basic knowledge of taxation and payroll.
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
