Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and payment processing. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, and other UAE financial regulations. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required. Support management with reports on cost control, profitability, and financial planning. Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience (transport/logistics industry preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ) Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
