Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing general trading company with multiple e-commerce platforms, operating on a back-to-back procurement model. Our business processes involve purchasing goods from local vendors under various payment terms and fulfilling around 20-25 daily orders. We handle payments through gateways (Tabby, Tamara), cash-on-delivery via courier partners, and direct supplier collections.

Zoho Books

for bookkeeping and value accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to guide our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Record and reconcile all daily financial transactions in Zoho Books. Track receivables from payment gateways, courier cash deposits, and supplier collections. Monitor payables to vendors and manage payment schedules. Prepare and submit VAT filings in compliance with UAE regulations. Process WPS payroll on time each month. Generate and present daily financial reports in management meetings. Maintain up-to-date and accurate ledgers, invoices, and statements. Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or related field. CMA certification (or equivalent professional accounting qualification) preferred. 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in e-commerce or trading. Strong knowledge of VAT compliance and WPS payroll systems. Proficiency in

Zoho Books

and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
