Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE financial regulations. This role is critical in maintaining clear, accurate records and providing insights into our financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the company's accounting system. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and payment processing. Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Process payroll in compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System). Liaise with external auditors during audits and ensure accurate reporting. Monitor cash flow and manage expense reports. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA, and ACCA is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and WPS compliance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar). Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modeling. Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills.
