OVO Luxury Signature is seeking an experienced accountant with a background in the clothing manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, inventory management, petty cash, and order fulfillment, and coordinate with courier companies for deliveries and returns. This role also involves preparing and analyzing monthly expenses and income statements, as well as creating accurate balance sheets to reflect the company's financial health. Key responsibilities include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable, including petty cash handling Overseeing stock and inventory specific to clothing manufacturing Processing payroll and maintaining accurate financial records Preparing and analyzing monthly expenses, income accounts, and the balance sheet Handling order fulfillment and coordinating with courier companies for deliveries and returns Utilizing CRM software for financial tracking, order, and inventory management Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting accuracy Providing budget insights, cash flow analysis, and comprehensive financial reporting

Requirements:

Proven accounting experience, ideally within the clothing manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of CRM and accounting software Proficiency in petty cash management, expense analysis, and balance sheet preparation Excellent organizational, analytical, and inventory management skills
