We are a well-established Food Manufacturing Company based in Al Ain, currently seeking a
qualified and experienced Accountant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced working environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage financial interactions with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Create and manage quotations, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
Maintain accurate records and ensure financial documents are properly filed and accessible.
Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to streamline cost control and budgeting processes.
Communicate with clients, vendors, auditors, and external consultants regarding financial matters.
Ensure internal controls and financial policies are followed.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
Communicate professionally via email, phone calls, and Zoom meetings
Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word; maintain spreadsheets in Excel
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the
Food Manufacturing
or FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to deal with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
Experience in preparing quotations and dealing with different companies is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
