Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and reports
Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and ledgers
Handle property-related accounting: rents, deposits, commissions, and service charges
Ensure VAT filing and compliance with UAE tax and AML regulations
Prepare and submit reports on
goAML
as per UAE Central Bank requirements
Support audits, budgeting, and management reports
Monitor cash flow and assist in financial analysis for business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-5 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
Solid understanding of
goAML system
and compliance procedures
Proficient in accounting
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Good communication in English
Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
