As an F&B General Accountant, you will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting. This includes bookkeeping, financial reporting, cost control, inventory reconciliation, and VAT compliance, ensuring accurate and timely financial data is delivered to each client.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations
Record and reconcile sales, purchases, inventory, and cost of goods sold
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and handle VAT filings
Coordinate with client operations teams to track expenses and revenues
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 6 years of accounting experience, preferably with F&B or hospitality experience
Strong understanding of F&B cost structures and POS integrations
Proficient in accounting software (e.g.
QuickBooks
) and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Knowledge of UAE tax laws and accounting standards
Preferred:
Has work experience in food and beverage, hospitality or related field.
Has experience in working with accounting software (Quickbooks preferred
Knowledge in financial reporting
Knowledge in Month end closing of books
Knowledge in FTA VAT & Corp. TAX
Knowledge in Inventory, purchasing, and costing
Knowledge in month- end closing

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
