Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice and payment processing.
Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries accurately.
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with
UAE financial regulations
,
tax laws
, and
company policies
.
Process
monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
.
Manage
payroll and WPS
payments efficiently.
Compute and file
VAT and tax returns
on time.
Maintain
balance sheets
,
profit & loss statements
, and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor and report on the company's
financial health and liquidity
.
Support
internal and external audits
, providing all necessary documentation.
Manage
petty cash
and overall
cash flow operations
.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Complete any additional accounting tasks assigned by management or senior accountants.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of accounting experience (preferably in
construction, real estate, or healthcare
sectors within the UAE).
License:
UAE Driving License required.
Availability:
Immediate joiner preferred.
