Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare financial statements and reports on a timely basis (as but not limited to Profit & Loss Report, Cashflow Report,..).
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
VAT Compliance: Manage VAT-related processes, including preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations
Prepare and depositing salaries
Procurement and search for best price and quality.
Handle Transportation Department (Maintenance, issues,..)
