The role involves working closely with our property owner, handling basic financial tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations related to residential and commercial properties, household staff, and vendor
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management Support:
Track rent collection, lease payments, and security deposits.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including issuing receipts and managing post-dated cheques.
Prepare and review lease agreements and ensure legal compliance.
Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and cancellations (including Tawtheeq system).
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare regular financial reports related to property income, expenses, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors, especially for overseas properties.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Staff & Household Financial Management:
Oversee payroll preparation and track visa/medical insurance renewals for over 100 employees (household and farm staff).
Track construction and maintenance-related spending.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting or finance
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
