Job Description

To manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support budget tracking and financial reporting activities in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Record and reconcile journal entries, invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of accounting data Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable Support payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection Liaise with external auditors and support audit procedures Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements Maintain organized accounting files and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Certification (optional) CPA, CMA, or UAECA preferredExperience 2-5 years in a similar accounting roleSoftware Proficiency ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, accounting tools
Language Skills:
Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Attention to detail and analytical thinking Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) Time management and organizational skills Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
