We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for business decisions. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
