Develop and approve tech packs and spec sheets in collaboration with design and buying teams.
Conduct and manage fit sessions, ensuring garments meet fit and measurement standards.
Provide clear feedback on samples to vendors regarding construction, finishing, and fit improvements.
Ensure garments comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., AQL, REACH, CPSIA).
Collaborate with suppliers and factories to troubleshoot production issues and ensure feasibility.
Review and approve fabric tests, lab reports, and wash care labels.
Work with the QA team to define inspection criteria and monitor bulk production quality.
Maintain accurate documentation of sample comments, approvals, and development timelines.
Participate in vendor evaluations and capability assessments as needed.
