Furniture Production Manager

to oversee our manufacturing facility.

Role Overview

The Furniture Production Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality control, timely delivery, and smooth coordination across departments. This role requires a strong background in furniture manufacturing, leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes to meet company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee daily production operations. Supervise and manage the factory team, including machine operators, carpenters, finishers, and support staff. Ensure all furniture is manufactured to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines. Implement cost-effective production processes and identify areas for efficiency improvement. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with the design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and present regular production and performance reports to management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in the

furniture manufacturing industry

. Strong knowledge of woodworking, ergonomics, and modern furniture production techniques. Hands-on experience with factory machinery, tools, and finishing processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
