We're Hiring: Production Manager - Modular Furniture (UAE)
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our modular furniture manufacturing operations. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and hands-on experience in delivering large-scale residential and apartment projects.
What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end modular furniture production.
Plan schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Lead a team and optimize factory workflows.
Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance.
Collaborate with design, procurement & project teams.
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
5+ years in modular furniture production management.
Hands-on experience in residential projects & apartment doors (fire rating, certifications, technical details).
Managed 50+ residential/apartment projects at scale.
Strong UAE market knowledge & supplier/contractor network.
Skilled in CNC, edge banding, panel saws & ERP tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
