Requirements
At least 7 years of experience raising capital for private equity and wealth management platforms, preferably with a focus on hospitality and real estate sectors, and a background in investment banking, asset management, and/or fund distribution is highly desirable. o Should have demonstrated network of High-Net-Worth (HNWI) and Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) o Proven ability to close seven-figure+ tickets, independently driving deals from first outreach to signed subscription o Expertise in financial modelling, with a deep understanding of IRR (Internal Rate of Return), equity multiples, and other key investment metrics
