Our client, a reputed Investment firm in DMCC, is looking to hire a Fund Management Analyst. Salary AED 15K - 18K
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fund Manager to oversee and manage our investment funds. This role requires an understanding of finance, market analysis, compliance regulations, and risk management practices to ensure the fund's success and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Compliant with bank account openings and broker account opening.
xefx82xb7 Onboarding Investors in various international funds and be a point of contact for the client and the compliance team for funds.
xefx82xb7 Ensure compliance with the UAE's commercial and financial regulations.
xefx82xb7 Monitor changes in regulations and laws that may affect the company and inform the Board of Directors accordingly.
xefx82xb7 Maintain the company's financial records, including the annexure of fees schedule,
summarized reports on trading activities on a daily basis, etc.
xefx82xb7 Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on fund performance, market outlook, and strategy.
xefx82xb7 Ensure that company documents and contracts are updated and compliant with UAE laws.
xefx82xb7 Managing annual compliance requirements on the DMCC and SHAMS platforms.
xefx82xb7 Oversee the process of incorporating new entities, branches as required.
xefx82xb7 Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk management departments to maintain a
comprehensive understanding of fund operations.
Education and Qualifications:
xefx82xb7 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in UAE.
