. The analyst must be able to work with the business, understand and translate the business requirements into technical requirements and provide solutions on business process as well as the Banner application consulting. . Have the ability to thoroughly research, troubleshoot issues and support of architectural & performance-related improvements for multiple Oracle technology platforms. . Experience in handling and setup Admissions Module with expert knowledge. . Experience in handling and setup Student Module with expert knowledge. . Deep experience in understanding of the middle east higher education industry, deep understanding of the business functions of Community College (registrar, bursar, admissions, controller, CAPP etc.,) Banner 9, Structured Query Language (SQL) & Procedural Language extensions for SQL (PLSQL) - Oracle and Java. . Experience in collaborating with team members in a team environment to extend field experience to different client situations. . Have contributed to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, creative processes, and improve the user experience. . Have the ability to work with the business, understand and translate business requirements into technical requirements and provide solutions on business processes as well as the Banner application consulting. . Must be able to create Interface & Conversions, Menu, banner pages and functions and good in PL/SQL Packages, procedures and SQL scripts. . Must be able to provide technical and functional configuration support, including table creation/extension to support enhanced use and supportability of the banner student, admission and other banner modules as well as other touch point systems. . Must be able to provide Analyzing, designing, and implementing skills in integrated customized solutions that meet approved functional requirements and specifications. . Be able to create and maintain technical documentation. . Should be able to facilitate testing of enhancements, fixes, patches and upgrades. . Must be able to resolve technical issues related to the code, configuration and performance of the applications. . Should be able to diagnose production issues, identifying and implementing fixes in collaboration with Data Base Administrators (DBAs), system administrators, and functional teams. . Must be able to design, develop, deploy, test and maintain technical objects that exist in the Oracle applications Production environment, e.g., reports, interfaces, conversions and custom applications extensions. .
