Overview:

Dynamics 365 CE Techno-Functional Specialist will be a part of the G42 IT Enterprise Business Applications team. Working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, the role will support the establishment and implementation of new and revised application systems and programs to ensure the delivery of great value to G42 and its Business Units through innovative and intuitive thinking and experience.

The main focus of the role will be on the G42 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) ecosystem, administering the health and maintenance of both production and non-production environments and integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in the installation, administration, development and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE cloud solution. The D365 CE Specialist role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities & strategically assess the business users requirements with functional and technical analysis, solution design, implementation and operational support. Where needed, the role will require the ability, experience and skillsets to re-engineer business processes and users requirements, improve efficiency, recommend best-practice solutions & architecture and performing the techno-functional tasks required of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE architecture. Responsibilities:

• Drive Dynamics 365 CE implementation design starting with determining the most suitable design architecture and MS product roadmap for the large CRM enabled business transformations.
• Lead the functional implementation of the current Dynamics 365 CE platform with requirements gathering & analysis and provide design guidance.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution and report upwards including to the c-level sponsors of the business. Adhere to enterprise architecture best practices across technical and functional lines and Microsoft products.
• Support role for all phases of a D365 CE implementation rollout through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy having had solid experience of project implementation principles from an actual CRM implementation.
• Connect all the functional domains of D365 CE towards a concrete solution based on the Microsoft technology stack in general, D365 and the overall application landscape.
• Effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets the business needs and requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation.
• Develop and continue to refine D365 CE standards and tools including follow the market developments and trends.
• Strong experience in the design and development of applications using D365 CE with techno-functional experience in installing applications and functionality & configuring environments for use in development, testing and production.
• Create requirements documents, functional design documents (FDDs), UAT test scripts & related documents. Writing technical specifications for planned work. Building and configuring custom forms, views, dashboards and workflows.
• Manage the deployment process of future changes, releases, updates and enhancements of the Dynamics D365 CE products.
• Regularly communicating with business users on the status of issues and projects, estimating he completion of tasks and/or deliverables directly with the business users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Masters degree or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of experience, or 5+ projects in a senior D365 CE role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience involved in multiple large-scale projects with experience in project management, system design, or information characterized by systematic and milestone-driven work.
• Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate. Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or willing to achieve this certification in the near future.
• PowerApps, LogicApps, Azure Portal/ Services, SharePoint, C#, SQL Server, Common Data Service and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, etc.
• Certification in Prince2, PMP, SAFE or other project management methodologies such as Success by Design (SbD) is a plus.
• Demonstratable and strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and development skills to effectively present information to business users and upwards to C-level management and public groups.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent documentation skills, procedures, design specs, test scripts, training documents etc.
• Work collaboratively with Developers, Business Analysts, and End Users to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics CE issues.
• Must have experience in working on project implementation using Agile-scrum methodologies and ADO and/or leveraging Microsoft project methodologies for full-lifecycle implementations.
• Must be a self-starter and go-getter with an innate willingness to get things done, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively. A non-stop drive to go out of your comfort zone to guarantee an end-to-end solution.
• Must have strong communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in easily understood business terms.
• Must have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as in cross-functional project teams.
• Microsoft CRM Application certifications a plus.
• Understanding of Azure Licensing and D365 CE costing is a plus.
• Power BI dashboards and Power BI reports functionality and reports development is a plus.
