freelance Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller
to support our team with:Preparing
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
for interior fit-out projects Developingcost breakdowns and estimates
for materials, finishes, joinery, and FF&E Conductingmaterial take-offs
from drawings and specifications Supporting withcost analysis and value engineering
as neededRequirements:
Proven experience in
interior design / fit-out projects
, preferably luxury or high-end sectors Strong knowledge ofjoinery, finishes, and FF&E
Proficiency inAutoCAD, Excel, and QS measurement software
Attention to detail and accuracy in cost reporting Ability to workindependently and meet deadlines
Based inDubai or familiar with the UAE market rates
(preferred)Engagement Type:
