Position Overview
As a Front Office Intern at one of Jumeirah's flagship properties, you will be immersed in guest service excellence across various departments such as Concierge, Reception, Guest Relations, or Butler Services. This role provides valuable exposure to the front-line operations of a five-star hospitality brand known for Arabian warmth and global prestige.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Support daily front office functions including check-ins, guest assistance, and information services
• Answer guest inquiries about the resort, facilities, and local attractions with confidence and clarity
• Assist with bookings, reservations, and scheduling using internal systems
• Promote hotel services, spa offerings, and F&B outlets to enhance guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of appearance, communication, and service etiquette

Ideal Profile

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or business program, or a recent graduate seeking industry exposure
• Previous internship or part-time experience in a luxury setting is a plus
• Strong English communication skills; additional language fluency is advantageous
• Energetic, courteous, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Available to begin the internship in August
