We are seeking a Front Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Process reservations and cancellations accurately
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in front desk operations or hospitality industry preferred
Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer programs
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Knowledge of hotel management practices is advantageous

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
