Your Role at Job Hub:

As the first point of contact for candidates and clients, you will represent the face of Job Hub while gaining hands-on exposure to HR and office operations. This internship is designed for individuals who want real workplace experience and a strong foundation for a long-term career in HR and administration.

What You'll Learn & Do:

Welcome candidates, clients, and visitors with professionalism and confidence Manage front office activities, calls, and email communication Support HR operations, including documentation, attendance, and employee records Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and follow-ups Maintain organized office files and support daily administrative tasks Learn professional communication, HR processes, and office management

Who We're Looking For:

Students or fresh graduates interested in

HR, Administration, or Business Operations

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling Professional attitude, positive mindset, and eagerness to learn Someone who values growth, responsibility, and teamwork
