Front Office Executive - Child Skills Development Center

Role Overview:
We are seeking a welcoming and organized Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our center. This customer-facing role requires mandatory admin/customer facing experience in UAE schools or after-school education/activity centers, with native or near-native fluency in English.
Familiarity with different school curricula(IB/UK etc), terminology and setup is also mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting families with program selection, managing daily operations, and handling invoicing and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Assistance
Greet and assist parents, children, and visitors, providing detailed information on our programs (S.A.M. Singapore Maths, S.A.E. English, Math intensives, piano classes).
Guide parents through the enrollment process, conduct parent briefings, answer queries, and address any immediate concerns related to the center's offerings.
Schedule consultations or assessments as needed and facilitate communication between parents and instructors.
Invoicing & Payments
Prepare and manage invoices for all enrollments, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Follow up on any outstanding payments and respond to customer billing inquiries.
Social Media & Marketing Support
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, sharing updates, and promoting events to maintain an active online presence.
Engage with social media followers, respond to online inquiries, and contribute ideas for content relevant to parents and the local community.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a neat and organized reception area.
Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and inventory management for supplies, ensuring a well-equipped environment.
Support daily operations by coordinating with instructors and providing general administrative assistance.
Support for Center Operations
Collaborate with the Center staff to ensure a seamless experience for children and parents.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and open days, coordinating logistics, and preparing materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Maths/Business, Marketing, or Education is a must.
Mandatory:
1+ year of experience in a UAE school or after-school education/activity center.
Mandatory:
Native or near-native fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with invoicing and payment processes, with attention to accuracy and record-keeping.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and interest in supporting content creation.
Pleasant, Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
