Responsibilities
:
Operate reception desk
: answer/route calls, welcome guests, handle couriers, and maintain a neat lobby.
: petty cash reconciliation, and report preparation.
Support HR tasks
: recruitment coordination, record-keeping, and onboarding support.
Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Director.
Respond to client inquiries, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain confidentiality.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, in-person).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
and basic ERP/CRM systems.
Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge.
Customer service and client relationship management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Professional, presentable, and discreet (confidential handling).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
