Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is presentable at all times
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
Provide information about products and services as needed
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the luxury automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
