Job Key Details:
Welcome guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
Provide accurate information about the hotel\'s facilities and services as may be required
Handle guest arrivals and departures promptly and professionally, verifying reservations, processing payments, and issuing room keys in compliance with set procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, as well as concerns with a positive attitude and eagerness to assist
Manage incoming calls and emails, providing courteous and accurate information, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate departments
Assist in managing room reservations, cancellations, as well as modifications, ensuring accuracy of guest information and special requests
Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat guests, anticipating their preferences and needs to personalize their experience
Handle cash transactions accurately, following set procedures for posting charges, accepting payments, as well as maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institution
Practical experience as a front desk executive or similar role, preferably in a hotel required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using front office software and reservation systems
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
Should be ready to work in a 5 star hotel
