Front Desk Executive Department: Store Reporting To theStore Supervisor Job Purpose Ensure client inquiries are answered, reservations are recorded correctly and payment procedures are completed. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client queries
Promote retail products and services
Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
Conduct confirmation calls
Conduct check-in, check out, and payment procedures
Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy.
Conduct retail sales procedures
Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Manage client profiles
Prepare daily reports
Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
Reference and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends
JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Degree/Diploma, qualifications in cosmetology or related discipline preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service/reception in a service industry Preferences: Gender: Any Nationality: Any Competencies and skills Proven Business skills :
Telephone system operations
Business writing
Typing ( >50 words per minute)
Computer literate (mid-advanced level) including databases
Desktop publishing isan advantage
