Job Description

Front Desk Executive Department: Store Reporting To theStore Supervisor Job Purpose Ensure client inquiries are answered, reservations are recorded correctly and payment procedures are completed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client queries
  • Promote retail products and services
  • Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule
  • Conduct confirmation calls
  • Conduct check-in, check out, and payment procedures
  • Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy.
  • Conduct retail sales procedures
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
  • Manage client profiles
  • Prepare daily reports
  • Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu
  • Reference and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals
  • Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends
JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Degree/Diploma, qualifications in cosmetology or related discipline preferred Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service/reception in a service industry Preferences: Gender: Any Nationality: Any Competencies and skills Proven Business skills :
  • Telephone system operations
  • Business writing
  • Typing ( >50 words per minute)
  • Computer literate (mid-advanced level) including databases
  • Desktop publishing isan advantage

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
