We are seeking a

highly motivated and results-oriented Property Consultant

Role Summary

As a Property Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for clients looking to buy, sell, or lease real estate. You'll play a vital role in advising clients, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing transactions, all while upholding Nine Star Properties' commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guide clients through the entire property transaction process - buying, selling, or renting. Source new leads via networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Conduct market research and analysis to provide accurate property valuations. Coordinate and host property viewings, negotiations, and client meetings. Stay informed on real estate trends, property values, and relevant laws or regulations. Prepare contracts, agreements, and documentation in liaison with legal teams. Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Strong ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred). RERA certification (an advantage, but not mandatory).

This is a

commission-based

role. Compensation is directly tied to your performance, offering

uncapped earning potential

for motivated individuals who are ready to work hard and deliver results.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
