What You'll Be Doing:

Convert

high-intent Off-Plan leads

into closed deals -- fast and consistently Host client meetings, pitch like a pro, and handle property tours with confidence Build strong, long-term relationships with serious investors Stay on top of Dubai's new launches, project updates, and market trends Negotiate deals with skill, speed, and professionalism Coordinate efficiently with developers and our internal team to ensure smooth closings
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience

in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan or Secondary) A track record of

consistently closing qualified leads

Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills Fluent in English - additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, European) are a big plus RERA certification is an advantage Driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused - no hand-holding required
