Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai and across the UAE

Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, property portals, and social media

Handle full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals

Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client meetings

Provide expert advice on property investment, pricing, and location trends

Keep up with UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and documentation processes

Maintain a professional CRM to track client interactions and follow-ups

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, freehold communities, and off-plan projects

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Proven ability to close deals and meet targets

Must be self-motivated, presentable, and client-focused

Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
