Real Estate Sales Consultant - Commission Based - Dubai Real Estate Market
Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a fast-paced and opportunity-rich environment in Dubai. You will handle client consultations, property showings, and negotiations for both off-plan and secondary properties.

What You'll Do

• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their real estate needs and investment goals
• Handle property listings with accurate details, photography, and pricing information
• Work actively on both off-plan and secondary property markets
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with favorable terms for all parties
• Keep current on market conditions, pricing trends, and legal regulations
• Develop marketing plans to promote listings via digital channels and open houses
• Build a strong network of buyers, sellers, agents, and service providers
• Provide exceptional service and consistent follow-ups to maintain client relationships

Ideal Profile

• Passionate about real estate with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with support from the Sales Director and management
• Previous experience in Dubai's real estate market is a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms
