We are looking for a
smart, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented fresher
to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a sharp eye for trends, and can handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic retail and online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales and operations team with daily order processing and coordination.
Monitor trends in the flower & gifting industry and suggest fresh ideas for promotions and product listings.
Handle basic customer queries both online and in-store with professionalism.
Assist in preparing reports using
Microsoft Excel
(basic knowledge a must).
Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support inventory checks and maintain product records.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate, eager to learn and grow.
Basic knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(must know formulas like VLOOKUP, SUM, IF conditions).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus).
Passion for flowers, gifting trends, and creative arrangements.
Positive attitude, team player, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
