We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional person to join our team as a
Customer Service & Social Media Manager
. You'll support our customers, manage our social media pages, and help keep our brand image positive and engaging.
Your Main Tasks
Customer Support:
Answer customer questions via phone, email, and chat
Help with returns, exchanges, and warranties
Provide product info and help with any issues
Social Media:
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews (Google, Instagram, Facebook)
Post content and engage with followers
Handle negative feedback politely and professionally
Orders & Delivery:
Make sure orders are processed and delivered correctly
Work with the delivery team to solve any issues
Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor performance of customer service and social media
Share feedback and ideas to improve service
Teamwork:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams
Help create simple and efficient processes
What We're Looking For
2-3 years of experience in customer service or social media
Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Good with social media platforms and customer service tools
Experience handling returns and delivery issues
Calm and professional with customer complaints
Organized, reliable, and good at multitasking
Positive attitude and team player
Bonus: experience using data to track performance

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
