About the Role:



The Customer Service Representative's role is to identify Customer's needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project are met while meeting the Customer's expectations.

Responsibilities:



Communicate with customers via phone Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications:



Excellent command of the French & English language, with excellent verbal and written skills. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to E30,000.00 per month
